NOTE:  I HAVE HUNDREDS OF LETTERS, BUT I'M HAVING DIFFICULTY FINDING THEM AND CONVINCING THE COMPUTER NOT TO CHANGE THE DATES ON THEM.  I WILL BE ADDING TO THIS SECTION AS TIME PERMITS.

I have had many requests to post letters that I have sent to various departments.  There are literally hundreds and hundreds of letters and notes.  I will post as many of them as I can find here.  You are welcome to borrow any part of any letter that you think might work for you.
